I have activated my BrainVoyager license, but I cannot start BrainVoyager. It will always stop at the splash screen.

In case you have successfully activated BrainVoyager, but you cannot get beyond the BrainVoyager splash screen (see image below), this is very likely a problem with an outdated graphics card driver.

Please update your graphics card driver and try again. If you still encounter any problems, please don't hesitate to contact us via support@brainvoyager.com
